2008 BMW Military Purchase Program
Effective: March 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008
In appreciation for the commitment and sacrifice of our men and women serving in the US armed forces, BMW Motorrad USA is pleased to announce a special motorcycle purchase program for all *active members of the US armed forces, to enable them to purchase the BMW motorcycle of their choice for personal use. Only unregistered / unreported BMW Motorcycles qualify.
Purchasers are eligible for one (1) Military Purchase allowance during the program period (March 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008). Motorcycles purchased and reported under a name other than the eligible military program applicant or immediate family member do not qualify. Sales documentation, registration and claimant ID must match. This allowance may be combined with any other retail customer incentive** available at the time of purchase for a qualified model, which is defined as any new, previously unregistered / unreported BMW motorcycle sold between the dates of March 1st through December 31st, 2008. BMW Motorrad fleet or auction units do not qualify!

*Active members include active duty (including activated Reservists) of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard, and those who have recently finished active service (within 6 months) with a current military identification card. A copy of Department of Defense form 214 may be necessary for retired service members and those who have recently been discharged from active service.
**May not be combined with Center Employee Purchase Program or Law Enforcement Purchase Program. Motorcycles must be purchased through an authorized BMW Motorrad USA dealer. Purchases through a third party or BMW dealers outside the USA are not eligible. Applications not submitted within 60 days of the date of delivery are not eligible for this allowance.
***BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to make changes to the Program and/or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. All claims are subject to audit. In the event of improper reporting or other program-related improprieties, BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to recover payment.
