2009 BMW Military and US Public Agency Purchase Program
Effective: June 1, 2009 - June 30, 2009
Military Purchase Offer: In appreciation for the commitment and sacrifice of our men and women serving in the US armed forces, BMW Motorrad USA is pleased to announce a special motorcycle purchase program for all active members of the US armed forces, to enable them to purchase the BMW motorcycle of their choice for personal use.
Active members include active duty (including activated Reservists) of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard, and those who have recently finished active service (within 6 months) with a current military identification card. A copy of Department of Defense form 214 may be necessary for retired service members and those who have recently been discharged from active service. Public Agency Program: BMW Motorrad USA is pleased to announce a special Motorcycle Purchase Program for all Public Agency staff.
To be eligible, you must be employed at a Public Agency at the time of motorcycle delivery. A Public Agency is regarded as a Federal, State or Local Police Agency / Authority, Sheriff's Department, FBI, DEA, NSA, US Border Patrol, Port Authority Police, US Coast Guard, Fire Department (includes both paid and active volunteers), etc. If you have questions regarding eligibility of an agency for this incentive, contact your local BMW Motorrad Dealer anytime during this period.
The following documents are required to redeem your allowance:
- Proof of employment (copy of agency ID)
- A completed Special Allowance Check Request Form (last page of this bulletin)
- A copy of the Proof of Purchase/Bill of Sale
- A copy of the motorcycle registration
The following allowances will apply toward the purchase of any new BMW Motorcycle in either the Military or Publc Agency Offers:

**May not be combined with Center Employee Purchase Program or Law Enforcement Purchase Program. Motorcycles must be purchased through an authorized BMW Motorrad USA dealer. Purchases through a third party or BMW dealers outside the USA are not eligible. Applications not submitted within 60 days of the date of delivery are not eligible for this allowance.
***BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to make changes to the Program and/or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. All claims are subject to audit. In the event of improper reporting or other program-related improprieties, BMW Motorrad USA reserves the right to recover payment.
